APPOINTMENTS

We are by appointment only.  Please book online. A $100 non-refundable deposit is required, which serves as a retainer to hold an appointment.  

CONSULTATIONS

If you book a full appointment, there is no need to book a separate consultation as each appointment begins with a consultation.

MEDICAL HISTORY FORM

A link to an electronic medical history form will be emailed to you after you book your appointment. This form must be filled out prior to your appointment, preferably at least one week before your initial appointment. If the medical history form is not completed before your appointment, especially if you happen to have any contraindications with Microblading, your appointment may be rescheduled. In this case, you will be subject to a $100 late rescheduling fee, which will not be applied to the total balance of your appointment.

TOUCH UP Appointment

Each brow procedure requires a perfecting touch up appointment, which is included in the total cost. The touch up appointment must be completed within 12 weeks of the initial appointment. If you fail to follow up within 12 weeks, you may be required to pay additional fees.

MAINTENANCE

Timing for Color Boost appointments are calculated from the date of the last appointment. For example, if you had your initial Microblading appointment on January 1st, and your touch up appointment on March 1st, then the minimum one year period for a Color Boost falls on the following March 1st. To protect the integrity of your skin, we do not allow for Color Boost appointments sooner than 12 months from your last appointment. It is recommended to wait as long as possible before returning for a Color Boost; allow for at least 50% fading before scheduling your appointment.

CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please reschedule or cancel online (through Square) at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Rescheduled appointments and cancellations within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will forfeit your deposit, and you cannot use it to book another appointment; your card will also be charged a $100 late cancellation fee.

You may reschedule your appointment one time. If you need to reschedule your appointment more than once, you will be required to pay a new $100 deposit.

If you do not show up for your appointment and no prior notice is provided, your card will be charged 50% of the total appointment cost. You also will not be able to book future appointments with us.

Tardiness

Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. It is not guaranteed that you will be seen if you are 15 or more minutes late for your appointment. Please understand that the appointments need their allocated time to get the best results possible; the process cannot be rushed. If your appointment needs to be rescheduled due to tardiness, you will be charged a $100 late reschedule fee, which will not be applied to the total balance of your appointment.

REFUNDS

All services and deposits are non-refundable.

CONTRAINDICATIONS & LIMITATIONS

Doctor’s permission to perform treatments on clients with certain pre-existing conditions may be required. Studio K services cannot be performed on women who are pregnant or on anyone who is under the age of 18.
